Fun, Fun! That’s the goal of this class to show youths that exercise can be fun. From beginners to athletes, this class will have them strengthening their core and improving their endurance in a fun environment. Kids were made to be active and we have the perfect program for that. A class plan may include ladder drills, using the TRX system, or doing crunches on the Fitball to name just a few. This is definitely not your typical gym class. This class is for those 13 years of age or older.
