Yoga is a great compliment to any strength training program. One of the best effects is that it relaxes the mind and body from daily stress. It can also reduce the potential for muscle soreness, align the joints, and restore balance to the nervous system. Yoga can be done privately or in a group format. Classes are held every Tuesday at 6pm and Sunday at 9am. Bring a mat and a water bottle and enjoy a stress-free hour!
