Dana, a retired teacher, has always enjoyed fitness. She has found that Evolve Fitness is the perfect fit for her! Her overall strength and endurance has improved immensely since beginning with Evolve Fitness. She once did push-ups on the wall in a standing position, and now she can even do push-ups on her toes! Dana has been able to accomplish this even after having two knee replacements! She does not let her knee replacements stop her from working hard and participating in some of our most challenging boot camps! She has proven that with hard work it’s never too late to achieve your goals. Congratulations Dana and keep up the good work!
