Kris began going to Shawn’s strength training classes several years ago.  As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist she embraced the idea of combining fitness with good nutrition.  Classes left her feeling energized, improved her balance, and she sure didn’t mind being more toned.  All was going well until life’s responsibilities and a pulled hamstring led to more and more missed classes.  After about a year’s hiatus, Kris decided enough was enough…back to Evolve Fitness she went.  Personal training sessions tailored to her needs have resulted in a stronger hamstring, doing advanced exercises on the TRX, and Thursday night boot camps. She has gone from using 5 lb. weights to flipping tires and pulling/pushing sleds in the park.  Not to mention she is now able to jog a mile without stopping for the first time in her life.  Way to go Kris!
