This class is held on Sunday mornings at 7:30 am. Perfect time to get up early and work out before any scheduled activities of the day. Calories will burn and muscles will strengthen as you flip a tire, pull or push a weighted sled, swing a kettle bell, run and possibly climb a rope. And the next Sunday is a completely different plan of exciting exercises! This high intensity workout will keep your body burning calories for hours afterwards. Class is held both inside and outside depending on the weather.
