January 1st of every year, millions of people make their New Year’s resolutions.  This could be the year that they lose weight, eat healthy, sleep more, start working out, and the list goes on and on, but by June 1st less then 50% of those resolutions are still on target.   So what happens if your resolution has failed after a month?  Does that mean you have to wait until the next year to try again?  Of Course Not!  In fact, why wait?  Today is an excellent day to start working toward a goal.  Be realistic about what you can accomplish in a determined amount of time.  Write it down,  celebrate the small steps,  and know that this goal is going to take time, but the end result is going to be worth the fight!  In any fight, you might get knocked down a few times but jump back up and keep on working!
